Soul Series CD

Story meditations are used to help the listener journey into self and let go of all unwanted stresses. There are four parts to this CD which include two breathing exercises and two stories. The CD is designed so that the listener can listen to the entire CD or to just one segment if they choose.

The first story is titled “Waterfall” which takes the listener on a journey to a waterfall to cleanse one’s inner and outer self and assist with manifesting and attracting an abundant life.The second story is titled “Inner Child” and guides the listener to connect with that aspect of self that may or may not have been forgotten. A favorite among many.
